Overview
CJC-1295 No DAC (without Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Its short biological half-life of approximately 30 minutes closely mirrors the pulsatile nature of endogenous GHRH — stimulating GH release from the anterior pituitary without causing the prolonged hormone elevation associated with the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) variant. This preserves the body's natural regulatory feedback mechanisms and makes it the preferred form for pulsatile GH research protocols.
