Shipping & Refunds

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within Canada only. All orders ship domestically via Canada Post in plain, discreet packaging. We support Flex Delivery and PO boxes.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders ship after e-transfer payment is confirmed — usually the same or next business day.
• Standard Canada Post delivery is 1–2 business days for most of Canada.
• Remote locations and courier delays can extend delivery times.

Shipping cost

Flat $20 CAD per order, Canada-wide, tracked.

Tracking

Every order includes Canada Post tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to the address you provided at checkout within one business day of your order shipping. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

Refunds & returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. Product quality is verified by third-party lab testing — see our Lab Results page.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is confirmed lost in transit, or you receive the wrong items, contact us at contact@yyzpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we will make it right.
