What we collect
- Order details — your name, email address, and shipping address, submitted when you place an order. These are used solely to process and ship your order.
- Contact messages — your name, email, and message when you use the contact form.
- Restock alerts — your email address when you ask to be notified about a sold-out product. Used once, for that notification.
What we don't collect
- No payment data. Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer directly through your own bank. We never see or store card numbers or banking credentials.
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no stored login data.
- No tracking or analytics cookies. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device until you place an order.
Third-party services
- Form processing — order and contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes the data you submit in order to email it to us.
- Fonts — pages load the Plus Jakarta Sans typeface from Google Fonts, which may log standard web requests (IP address, user agent).
- Shipping — your name and address are shared with Canada Post to deliver your order.
Retention & disclosure
Order records are retained only as long as needed for fulfilment and bookkeeping. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except as required to deliver your order or as required by law.
