CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin is a synergistic two-peptide blend designed to stimulate natural growth hormone release through two independent mechanisms. CJC-1295 No DAC is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that acts on the pituitary gland's GHRH receptors, while Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist (GH secretagogue) that stimulates GH release through the ghrelin pathway. Together, they produce a stronger, more natural GH pulse than either peptide alone — without causing prolonged hormone elevation or blunting the body's own regulatory feedback.
CJC-1295 No DAC
Synthetic GHRH analog — acts directly on pituitary GHRH receptors
Short half-life (~30 min) mirrors natural GHRH pulsatility — no prolonged elevation
Stimulates GH release without sustained suppression of the hypothalamic–pituitary axis
Potentiates Ipamorelin's effect when administered together
Studied for fat metabolism, lean tissue support, and recovery applications
Key Benefits
Dual-mechanism GH stimulation — GHRH and ghrelin pathways simultaneously
Mimics the body's natural pulsatile GH secretion pattern
Supports lean muscle development and tissue growth research
Promotes fat metabolism and body composition studies
Studied for enhanced recovery, tissue repair, and sleep quality
Reconstitution
Add 2mL bacteriostatic water to achieve 2.5mg/mL of each compound.
Each 0.1mL of solution contains 250mcg of CJC-1295 No DAC and 250mcg of Ipamorelin.
Swirl gently — do not shake. Allow to fully dissolve.
Storage
Must be refrigerated after reconstitution. Store lyophilized powder below 25°C, away from direct light and moisture. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
