Terms of Sale

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by YYZ Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified individuals. Products are not for human or veterinary use, and are not to be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. No product sold on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions summarize published research on each compound and do not constitute claims about, or directions for, use.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the products will be used solely for lawful research purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer only, sent to payment@yyzpeptides.com.
  • Orders are held until payment is received. Orders unpaid after 48 hours may be cancelled.
  • Orders ship after payment is confirmed — usually the same or next business day.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all orders.

4. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contact@yyzpeptides.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. See our Shipping & Refunds policy.

5. Product Quality

Products are third-party lab tested for purity and label accuracy. Test results are published on our Lab Results page as batches are tested and are available on request. We make no warranty beyond the composition and purity of the products as supplied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YYZ Peptides and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of products sold on this site. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the proper, lawful handling of all products from the moment of delivery.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
